We offer to take the hard work out of finding your dream property in the Charente. We contact all local estate agents and check all private adverts. Once you have made a short-list, we can visit the properties and send you a report including photos. When you decide to view the final shortlist we can arrange everything, from your trip to and from France, your accommodation, transport and the property viewings, so that none of your valuable time is wasted.

Setting up basic utilities e.g. telephone line, electricity
Dealing with utility companies in a foreign language can sometimes be tricky! We can arrange all these services for you and deal with any queries on your behalf.

Pool maintenance
We can arrange full maintenance of pumps, filters and water quality including opening for summer and closing for winter, making this facility the perfect addition to your property.

Negotiating with notaries and artisans
Speaking the language, we can negotiate any works required on your property with local tradesmen/artisans. We can also arrange legally qualified translators to help when buying a French property.

Sourcing and transportation of furniture items
From finding that special antique vase to the kitchen of your dreams, we know where to look and how to deliver. If you would prefer to transport your personal treasures from home we can arrange their safe delivery.

Supervision of renovation/building works
We can organise/supervise any project on your property with local tradesmen/artisans, no matter how small, sending you regular reports and photos as necessary, giving you peace of mind.

Chauffeuring from port / airport
Offering the personal touch we are able to escort you or your guests to and from the port/airport.

Basic gardening
We can cut the grass, prune, weed or arrange a complete redesign of your treasured "jardin".

Mail Forwarding
Living in another country doesn't mean being out of touch with your French property. We can arrange to forward your mail directly to you.

Preparing your holiday home for your arrival

Providing your guests with all the local knowledge they need, from the closest Boulangerie, the nearest beach, the best restaurant and the local hospital.

Shopping for guests prior to their arrival
Offer your guests that extra personal touch. We can arrange a list of essentials as well as luxury food items for your guests to choose from and have ready for when they arrive.
